Refund Policy

At FemQualities, we value your commitment to personal growth and strive to provide clarity and fairness in all financial transactions. Our Refund Policy is designed to give you clarity on how payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed for coaching sessions, programs, and digital resources.

Payment Structure

Listening & Resolution Session

  • Clients pay 50% of the session feebefore submitting their voice note.
  • The remaining 50% is paid before MamaFem delivers written feedback and resolution guidance.

Other Coaching Programs

  • Clients make an initial partpaymentbefore the program begins.
  • The remaining balance is settled through agreed installments over 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on the program selected.

Online Books & Digital Materials

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refund Terms

Listening & Resolution Sessions

  • Before Voice Note Submission: The initial 50% payment is refundable if you cancel before sending your voice note.
  • After Voice Note Submission: The first 50% becomes nonrefundable, as listening and preparation work have begun.
  • After Feedback Delivery: The final 50% payment is nonrefundable once MamaFem’s written feedback has been delivered.

Other Coaching Programs

  • Before Program Start: The initial partpayment is refundable if you cancel before the program begins.
  • Upon commencement of the program and delivery of materials or sessions, the initial partpayment shall be deemed nonrefundable.
  • Installments: In the event of withdrawal, future installment obligations may cease, but all amounts previously paid remain nonrefundable.
  • Special Circumstances: In cases of program cancellation by FemQualities, clients may receive a full or prorated refunddepending on the stage of delivery.

Online Books & Digital Materials

  • All ebooks and digital materials are nonrefundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital content.
  • Refunds are only available in cases of:
    • Duplicate purchase.
    • Technical errors are preventing access to the file.
    • Incorrect product delivery (e.g., wrong title).
  • Clients must report such issues within 7 daysof purchase to be eligible for correction or refund.

Technical Issues & Errors

  • If a session or program cannot be completed due to technical problems on our side, you may choose between: 
  • Reschedulingthe remaining portion at no extra cost, or
  • Receiving a prorated refundbased on the undelivered portion of the service.
  • Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges will be refunded in full.

Refund Process

  • Requests must be made via email or WhatsApp within 7 daysof the scheduled session, program withdrawal, or product purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business daysto the original payment method.
